Vacation Rental Guidelines

• Units are fully furnished. Linens are provided. Full kitchens.
• Bed arrangements-Queen in Master Bedroom and either Twins, Double or Queen in Extra bedroom(s)
• Washers/dryers are in the units for your convenience
• Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels for the pool/lake
• Sorry No Daily Maid Service
• Check-In is at 3:00pm. Arrivals after 5:00 will pick up their key packet at the Eagle Pointe Security Guard Gate (3rd entrance on right 824-8940). There is a late check in fee of $10.
• Check out is at noon. Drop keys off at Pointe Connection office.
• Pool & Tennis- Enjoy and use the amenities in the village where you are staying
• Sorry-No Pets
• All units are non-smoking
• The use of charcoal grills is prohibited due to fire hazards
• Golf Tee Times/Rate: Eagle Pointe Pro Shop- 812-824-4040; Stone Crest Golf Course 812-276-GOLF
• Boat Storage – Boat Parking is not available inside resort area. Ungated parking available behind Pointe Connection Office at no charge to our guests.
